EO Global Leadership Conference 2026 - Dublin: Where Global Leaders Converge

April 15-17, 2026 - The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) will bring together its global leadership community in Dublin for the highly anticipated Global Leadership Conference 2026 (GLC).

Hosted at The Convention Centre Dublin, the three-day event will bring together more than 2,000 entrepreneurs, chapter leaders, and board members from over 60 countries.

Among them is Jason Barnard, representing the EO Paris Chapter as he prepares to step into his role as Communications Chair.

A Global Meeting Point for EO Leaders

Within EO, GLC is where incoming and current chapter leaders come together ahead of the new leadership cycle.

The focus is practical:

  • Role-based leadership training
  • Alignment across chapters and regions
  • Time for peer exchange and discussion

It’s one of the few moments in the year where leaders step away from day-to-day operations and focus on how their chapters run - and where they’re going.

What Happens During the Event

Across three days, the format combines structured learning with informal exchange:

  • Keynote sessions and leadership talks
  • Role-specific workshops and training tracks
  • “Learn Around” experiences across the city

As one member described it, GLC feels “like a United Nations of entrepreneurs,” bringing together perspectives from across the network.

The 2026 Theme

This year’s conference is built around the idea of becoming “legendary.”

In practice, that means looking beyond short-term wins and focusing on:

  • Leading with purpose
  • Strengthening collaboration across chapters
  • Thinking about long-term impact

It reflects how EO approach to leadership as something that builds over time, not just within a single term.
