Jason Barnard Attends EO Global Leadership Conference 2026 in Dublin - April 15-17, 2026
EO leaders from more than 60 countries gathered in Dublin for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Global Leadership Conference 2026.
DUBLIN, IRELAND - From 15 to 17 April 2026, Jason Barnard joined entrepreneurs, chapter officers, and EO leadership teams from around the world at the EO Global Leadership Conference (GLC) 2026 in Dublin, Ireland.
Hosted at The Convention Centre Dublin, the conference welcomed more than 2,100 entrepreneurs, guests, sponsoring partners, and professional staff from over 60 countries for three days of leadership development, peer exchange, and international collaboration.
The conference marked the first fully sold-out Global Leadership Conference in EO history and represented the organization’s largest annual leadership gathering to date.
EO Leaders Gather for GLC 2026
The EO Global Leadership Conference is one of the organization’s most important annual events and plays a central role in EO’s Path of Leadership programme. The conference prepares incoming chapter officers and regional leaders for the upcoming leadership year through immersive learning experiences, leadership training, and peer collaboration.
This year’s theme, “Legendary,” encouraged participants to think beyond operational leadership and focus on building long-term impact and entrepreneurial legacy. Inspired by Ireland’s storytelling traditions and entrepreneurial spirit, the conference explored what it means to lead with purpose, clarity, and shared responsibility.
As described in the official conference presentation video, GLC 2026 was positioned as “where the future of EO leadership is shaped,” bringing together chapter officers, regional council members, and entrepreneurs from across the world to prepare for the year ahead through leadership training, honest conversations, and global connection.
Leadership, Communication, and Global Collaboration
For Jason Barnard, participation in the conference aligned closely with his upcoming leadership role within the EO Paris Chapter.
The event created opportunities to exchange ideas with entrepreneurs and chapter leaders from different regions while exploring leadership communication, organizational alignment, member engagement, and long-term chapter development.
The conference reinforced the importance of leadership continuity, trusted peer exchange, and global collaboration within entrepreneurial communities.
World-Class Learning Experiences
GLC 2026 featured keynote presentations, workshops, and experiential learning sessions led by internationally recognized speakers and entrepreneurs, including Steven Bartlett, Benjamin Hardy, Harris III, Philip McKernan, and Charlie Curtis.
Participants also joined immersive “Learn Arounds” across Dublin designed to combine entrepreneurial learning with local culture and storytelling. Planned experiences included visits to Malahide Castle, Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Windmill Lane Recording Studios, and Dublin’s street art scene.
Peer Learning Beyond Traditional Networking
As with EO Paris leadership events, peer learning remained central to the GLC experience.
Participants openly discussed leadership challenges, chapter operations, and entrepreneurial growth in environments built around trust, collaboration, and shared experience.
The conference reflected one of the defining principles of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization community: peer learning is not networking.
For Jason Barnard and other EO chapter leaders, the event highlighted how strong entrepreneurial communities are built through structured leadership development, open communication, and meaningful peer relationships across international borders.
EO Paris and the Global EO Network
Participation in GLC 2026 also reinforced EO Paris’ growing international presence within the wider Entrepreneurs’ Organization network.
The event created opportunities for EO Paris leadership to strengthen relationships with other chapters, exchange operational insights, and bring new ideas back to the Paris entrepreneurial community.
As EO Paris continues expanding as a chapter for French entrepreneurs who think globally and global entrepreneurs who embrace Paris, participation in international leadership events like GLC helps strengthen the chapter’s long-term vision for entrepreneurial learning, leadership development, and global collaboration.
