PARIS, FRANCE - On April 9, 2026, members of the EO Paris Chapter leadership team gathered in Paris for a full-day Strategy Summit focused on aligning priorities and preparing the chapter’s direction for the 2026-2027 leadership term.

Building on the leadership and long-term planning discussions initiated the previous day, the summit brought together incoming board members and chapter leaders for collaborative working sessions centered on governance, communication, member engagement, chapter growth, and organizational continuity.

Among the participants was Jason Barnard, who joined fellow EO Paris leaders in discussions focused on strengthening collaboration, leadership alignment, and the chapter’s international positioning.

EO Paris Leadership Aligns Around Long-Term Growth

Led by Guillaume Bakouch, the summit focused on translating broader strategic discussions into operational priorities for the upcoming leadership cycle.

Participants explored how EO Paris Chapter can continue growing as a globally connected entrepreneurial community rooted in France while strengthening the value and experience offered to members.

EO regional trainer Gilberto Crombe and regional manager Dillon Martin guided planning discussions and leadership workshops focused on helping the incoming board better organize priorities and structure the future direction of the chapter.

The sessions encouraged collaboration between leadership members while reinforcing the importance of communication, coordination, and continuity across the organization.
