Jason Barnard, CEO and founder of Kalicube®, will participate in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Paris Chapter Retreat from March 11-13, 2026, in Beaune, France. The retreat will take place at the Abbaye de Maizières, with sessions hosted at the historic Hospices de Beaune.
Jason Barnard will take on two key roles during the three-day programme
Jason Barnard to Facilitate Forum Mashup Across Seven Rooms
On March 11, Jason will facilitate the Forum Mashup, leading structured group discussions across seven simultaneous rooms. The format encourages founders to exchange practical business insights in focused, peer-to-peer conversations without formal presentations.
Closing Session to Focus on AI Implementation for Entrepreneurs
On the morning of March 13, Jason and Sébastien Bouvier will close the retreat with a three-hour session on AI adoption for entrepreneurs. The session will introduce The Ten Stages of AI Implementation and include a hands-on workshop designed to help business leaders move from experimentation to structured AI integration.

Retreat Programme Highlights
The retreat will also feature keynote sessions from Caroline McPhee and Charline Goutal-Guérin, founder and CEO of The Human Hack, who will present on neuroscience and peak performance for entrepreneurs. Emmanuel Bourguignon will speak prior to the closing AI session.
Experiential activities throughout the programme will take place across the historic venues in Beaune, blending professional development with immersive regional experiences.
Strategic Importance for Business Leaders
As Communications Chair of the EO Paris chapter, Jason Barnard’s participation reflects his continued engagement within the global entrepreneurial community.
His work focuses on how business leaders are understood and represented in search engines and AI systems - an increasingly critical consideration as AI becomes embedded in operational workflows and strategic decision-making.
Following the retreat, Jason will represent the EO Paris chapter at the EO Global Leadership Conference in Dublin, Ireland, in April 2026.
