coined by Jason Barnard in 2026.
Factual definition
Claim-Frame-Prove (CFP) is a per-claim protocol for engineering brand representation in AI-mediated discovery. Each cycle operates on a single factual statement: Claim (state the fact), Frame (perform Strategic Claim Bridging), Prove (back the claim with third-party validation). Coined by Jason Barnard in 2025 and formalised in 2026.
Jason Barnard definition of Claim-Frame-Prove
Jason Barnard coined Claim-Frame-Prove in 2025 and formalised it in 2026 as the per-claim operational protocol at the heart of The Kalicube Process. CFP runs claim by claim, fact by fact. Each cycle handles one factual statement: the brand makes the Claim (states the fact), performs the Frame work (Strategic Claim Bridging, selecting a beneficial derived conclusion and constructing the logical bridge), and supplies the Prove (third-party corroboration the engine can verify). Claim and Prove are mechanical work the engine can verify. Frame is the strategic move only the brand can make. CFP operationalises the escalation from Scattered Proof (Level 1) through Connected Proof (Level 2) to Framed Proof (Level 3). Brand-level dominance is the cumulative outcome of many CFP cycles compounding over time, not the output of any single cycle. Abbreviated CFP.
