What happened to Jason Barnard EIRL?
Jason Barnard EIRL (Entreprise Individuelle à Responsabilité Limitée) was a freelance consultancy company set up by Jason Barnard in 2013 under French law. However, Jason Barnard EIRL no longer exists. In 2018, the company was acquired by Kalicube. The use of Jason’s personal name for the business caused some ambiguity, and as a result, all consultancy services now operate under the Kalicube brand.
