Users are the individuals who interact with a product, service, or system, and in the digital context, they are the people whom a brand aims to reach and serve.
The Users definition
In the Kalicube philosophy, Users are the ultimate destination, but AI Assistive Engines are the new gatekeepers. The traditional model of marketing directly to users is being replaced by a model where brands must first market to the AI. The AI, in turn, serves the user.
