Description
Users are the individuals who interact with a product, service, or system, and in the digital context, they are the people whom a brand aims to reach and serve.
The Users definition
In the Kalicube philosophy, Users are the ultimate destination, but AI Assistive Engines are the new gatekeepers. The traditional model of marketing directly to users is being replaced by a model where brands must first market to the AI. The AI, in turn, serves the user. Therefore, satisfying user needs is achieved by first satisfying the AI's need for clear, credible, and reliable information that allows it to confidently recommend the brand as the best solution for the user's problem.

By focusing on educating the AI intermediary, we ensure that when Users ask a question or need a solution, our client is presented as the definitive answer. This brand-focused, AI-first approach allows us to connect with Users at the moment of highest intent, guided by the trusted recommendation of their AI assistant.
