[00:00:00] Jason Barnard: Hi, I’m Jason Barnard from Kalicube. And today I’m going to show you mastering your Knowledge Panel on Google will lead to mastering the AI.
[00:00:08] Jason Barnard: And you can see at the top of my browser, the five different interfaces I’m going to show you.
[00:00:14] Jason Barnard: So we’ll start with Google’s Knowledge Panel.
[00:00:16] Jason Barnard: This is it. This is my knowledge panel.
[00:00:18] Jason Barnard: I’ve been working on it for years. Mastered. Now I’m going to show you the mobile version because that’s slightly different and provides extra information.
[00:00:26] Jason Barnard: Here, professions, author, entrepreneur, singer-songwriter, screenwriter. I have educated Google to that multifaceted nature of my career.
[00:00:35] Jason Barnard: We all have multifaceted careers.
[00:00:37] Jason Barnard: When Google understands it, you can prioritize the one that you want.
[00:00:41] Jason Barnard: In my case, author-entrepreneur, and relegate singer-songwriter,
screenwriter, lower down the list. Now, I’ve mastered this in Google on my Knowledge Panel.
[00:00:50] When people search my name, they see a very impressive individual who’s authoritative, trustworthy. People use Google because they trust Google. This makes me look like a thought leader in my industry, makes me look like a superstar.
[00:01:06] Jason Barnard: Now, into ChatGPT. We look at, list Jason Barnard’s professions. ChatGPT, will it get it? Searching the web, and there we go. Entrepreneur, author, digital marketer, podcaster, keynote speaker, singer, songwriter, musician, voice actor, screenwriter, double bassist.
[00:01:24] Jason Barnard: So, ChatGPT’s done even better because I am indeed a professional double bassist in my past.
[00:01:30] Jason Barnard: Now, Perplexity, what can that do? Here we go. As you can see, once again, entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, digital marketer, singer, songwriter, double bassist, screenwriter, voice actor, podcast host, actor. I believe it’s added podcast host.Slightly better than ChatGPT. Still accurate. Everything there is true.
[00:01:49] Jason Barnard: And as you can see, I’m very multifaceted, and
yet all of these machines are getting these facts exactly right.
[00:01:57] Jason Barnard: Gemini, Google’s large language model chatbot.
[00:02:01] Jason Barnard: Once again, all perfect, listing them all out.
[00:02:05] Jason Barnard: And now Google Learn About. What I like to call ChatGPT killer.
[00:02:08] Jason Barnard: This is where search and research are going online, where you ask the machine for information and it compiles information from the web, from the large language model chatbot and from the Knowledge Graph. And it gets it right.
[00:02:18] Jason Barnard: Once again, entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, digital marketing expert. And on the left over there, you can dig deeper into each of the different careers.
[00:02:25] Jason Barnard: Here, It even had CEO and musician down at the bottom.
[00:02:29] Jason Barnard: So this is where it all starts.
[00:02:32] Jason Barnard: Here with the Knowledge Panel, in this case, on Google and on mobile, where I’ve absolutely know my professions here, and it flows through to all of the AI incredibly reliably.
